    You actually offloaded Nixon & pick 7 (Jordan Lewis) for pick 10 (Egan) & our 3rd Rounder (ontraded to WCE for Chad Morrison) --- Egan = good Lewis = better! (we won't talk about Morrison v Lewis though!! ;) )

    ...after the Hawks are 4/14 coming into the end of the year, get ready for the next breed of youngsters to play the remaining 4 games to ensure we get a priority pick! Must continue in the "St Kilda" mould of re-building. :cool:

    The late/great David Hookes was going to offer him a contract with the VCA this year to ensure he stayed at Cricket & not go to Footy (was mentioned on SEN Draft Day) - that alone should show you how good he was with the bat & ball!

    ...Schwab doesn't own a spoon, and got a team to the finals a couple of times - and come to think of it, he doesn't coach us anymore! Giving me cr@p about Schwab is like me giving you hell about Cornes/Shaw/Blight/Ayres etc etc - It is all the past my friend. Time will tell how good...
