As one of Jesse's few long term supporters here, I think it's the right move and wish him well.
Truth is, even though he had his best year in 2013, he hasn't produced enough over the years and it's time for a new challenge.
Great bloke and hope he does well wherever he goes.
I put the binoculars on Jesse again tonight...
Pretty good offensively, but the defensive running was average. Not Bloods standard. Won't play finals on tonight's performance.
Pikey back to his pre 2012 prelim form, unfortunately. Has been so good since then... Couldn't catch a cold in the...
Tonight Jesse proved that: a) he's much better than Walsh (who alarmingly has a contract for 2014), b) he's more than capable of playing at the top level, and c) Adelaide stuffed up in not trading for him and pick #23 for Tippett.

All the ability in the world... but put simply, he doesn't DEMAND the ball.
This is even the case in full-ground circle work at training, where he hardly gets involved because he doesn't have the personality/confidence to use his voice...
Vindication has arrived in the best possible way - all of my concerns were addressed as pointed out in this thread and accordingly we won the flag :)
We certailnly failed in the last month of H&A (August) as I predicted we would without addressing the 3 key weaknesses, then things changed...
If you had read the first post of this thread rather than spouting your lack of knowledge re the Swans...
you'd be informed as to why we were "a bit below the best sides" in the last month and why we have now improved since then.
