    Collingwood played West Coast in 1990 at Waverley Park in a final and the crowd was 58,000. Essendon played West Coast in 1995 at Waverley Park in a final and the crowd was 36,000. 1.2 millions supporters and yet only 28,000 members. Why is this so?
