I would assume the game plan of every professional coach in the world is based on maximising what their players can actually do.

I think the obsession with Cumming is a bit ridiculous. He nearly always makes good decisions and does the team orientated thing. He obviously hasn't been amazing, but he hasn't been as bad as his board whipping boy status...
That is exactly why we have Academies in the Northern states and for regional indigenous footballers.
