    I think the performance of bangladesh against wi is path breaking,so what it is a second string team they are facing.A win is after all a win.But i feel ICC should not have hurriedly alloted bangladesh test status.I think ireland deserved more than bangladesh.

    Congratulations to england for inflicting a humiliating defeat to world number 1 team!looking at the first test's performance i thought australia would bounce back from a bad form but it seems they also want to send off freddie in style.

    I expected the Australians to bite the dust this time,considering the frame of mind they were in and i expected pommies to come out tops but oz have come out strongly.suddenly ashes has become interesting.

    Re: Protein & Other Supplements Well i do not take any supplements for proteins rather i like to take them in the most natural manner by having a breakfast of muesli mixed with Soy milk.
