I'm sure as a Junior you would have done the 15-20mins one side, and then again on the other as a given warm up before any training? Adjusting time spent on either as needed? Now it always seems to be 5 minutes fluffaround and then balls down for 20min running drills. -

The list or the Coaching dept/Gameplan? I don't understand watching Vanberlos career and thinking the guy would make for a good midfield Coach. Yeah I get his attributes, his WC record etc. I just always viewed him as a very dumb footballer, hence his forte as a defensive/run-with mid. Reckon... -

It doesn't seem to be a priority at all these days,at any level. Distractions... 1st, you need to either be taught from on early age,by someone who understands the mechanics of a good/efficient kicking action. Or have the wharewithal to observe and mimic Idols that have it. 2nd, you need to... -
