If what is being reported is accurate, I will miss Dale Thomas, but I don't think Collingwood (as a side) will.
With the exception of 2010 I don't think Daisy has played a consistent season of football and given that it's been a couple of years since he has played his best football we'd be...
It's sad to see Didak and Jolly go, but it definitely seems like the right decision.
I think we saw enough from the likes of Seedsman, Williams, Keeffe, Thomas, Grundy and Elliot this year to show that we've got some really good young talent coming through. I'm excited about where we are heading.
If we do manage to nab him, he'd be a perfect fit for our side. I think he would be more competitive as a ruck then Dawes and will ease pressure of Dawes as a forward when forward too. Really the perfect second ruck for our current side in my opinion.
I think this is just another example of poor management. I think it is pretty clear that both times the management has tried to hold the club over the barrel that Cloke has been wanting to stay, on the other hand he is acting on the advice of his management. I'm not thrilled with 5 year deals...
That's even worse when you consider how many weeks Pendles missed (and I assume after this week he will finish second) Swan also missed a couple weeks and was 20 votes ahead of the next best. On the other hand Cloke has had a below average year and will finish 5th.
Wellingham and Thomas are two who had seaons well bellow their expectations. Particularly as they are guys who had been on an arc of improvement, both took pretty big backwards steps this year.
I've never been a Dawes fan but at the very least he is certainly someone capable of being a 'role...
I think the interesting thing is Steele's problem the last fortnight has been that he has panicked under pressure, which is extremely uncharacteristic of him. If anything, in general, one of his key strengths has been his composure and decision making. Happy to forgive him a tough finals series...
First and foremost is the better team won. Sydney were far to clean for us. They are consistently good at playing a pretty original style of football. The soccer type forward set up with clean hands to a kicker and long ball to a player to run onto worked well for them. They ran harder, they had...
I think this year is more even then any I can remember, and for that reason it's pretty difficult to get a read on. For that reason it's worth remembering that we have only lost 4 games, and have only been beaten by two teams (one of which isn't likely to feature in finals).
I also heard...
Just updating this.
First week has went well. Everyone seems to be enjoying the show. Got a couple of reviews.
A short review in the Herald Sun

A longer more in-depth...
I think this was my first post since being de-modded (although it's safe to say I was pretty inactive in the lead up to stepping down) it was stranger then I thought to see my name in slim font.
