    The whole protein bar thing can be misleading, other than nut allergies always worth checking the amount of protein in the bars, can vary from 10g to 45g. Same with the powders, sometimes they'll claim 30g a serve but there's only 15 serves in the thing and has a huge scoop.

    They're the best musicians I've seen live (haven't been to any jazz shows of note though). I saw them in 07, think they played for 3 hours, John Petrucci my god what a guitar player. I've only got Mortal Sin in March at the moment, got my eye out that's for sure.
