    Half of that would be their best year in a decade so here's hoping. Yet to see any new recruitment so hopefully they have more than whispers coming up. Also saw on Facebook they are training Monday, Wednesday and Friday for February. Could be an interesting approach to the season.

    Canteen Manager should be #1 priority at lalor, best in the league. From bar murmers they are waiting for AGM and coach announcement before posting player signings on socials. Word is plenty of returning players and a few more new bloods. Lots going on behind the scenes. Hopeing for the best 🤞🤞

    Knew the Hadfield trainer when he was at Lalor, was surprised to see he crossed to Hadfield, (followed Ang across I think) he's a bit of a different trainer to most, no formal medical training as such, but gives 100% for the players no matter which team. Have heard most other clubs and trainers...

    Back on the ground 2 minutes later, I know the one you are talking about and thought the same about the concussion. Both teams trainers were on it pretty quick, I can't speak for the MV trainers but I know the Hadfield trainer doesn't mess around with concussion stuff. (Nor should any of them)

    The unchanged Hadfield team from the week before had a incident free game against MV 18s. Both teams were a bit unsettled in the first quarter. MV found their feet and the goals in the second quarter. The second half was basically goal for goal with MV holding onto a 5 goal lead and win. Both...

    Fitzroy Stars and Northern Saints (EDFL) should play a practice match next pre-season. The game might be OK (Stars win)but the potential punch on could be one for the ages

    Hadfield got the job done. Game played in pretty good spirits a few push and shove but NS behaved them selves mostly. A few silly 50s from both sides and 1 NS player blue carded for what looked like a headbutt (was at the goals at the other end so hard to tell) Sets up Hadfield V CD for next week.

    The first game of the year I will be able to go and watch reserves and seniors all season (thankyou kings birthday long weekend) so I'm hoping Lalor can put up bit of a fight and not get blown away.
