    I can only speak on my personal experience. I personally would not get the best out of myself if I constantly feared my employer would get rid of me as soon as I started underperforming. Some people my thrive on that situation but I wouldn't want to work for an organisation like that.

    Re Forward line - chuck in Rioli I agree but without Rioli I can't confidently say they are the best. Yes we have three superb tall forward but I'd say only Ryan is a gun small forward.
