    Swans midfield lacked pace without the speed of their midfield carrying the ball deep into the forward line for their kickers to take over - they were no chance from the start. No rugby style and Swans cant win. The young players lack of enthusiasm for the chance to show their best also...

    Anyone who believes in this believes the twaddle about Stu Maxfield in the SMH./ Vos may not play in the first couple of matches or the Wizard Cup but my predication is by round 3 he will be bought in to the forward line and gradually build up.

    If youbelieve the blurb coming out of the Swans Camp and Jessica Halloran's columns in the SMH you would have to put Stella Maxfield right in with the top of them. Is known to leap tall buildings in a single bound. Sydney is in for a stellar year in 2004.:)

    Anyone got any clues as to what Buckley's, Primus, Cousins and Maxfield nicknames are. Ackermanis escapes me as well but must have a well of them. Tis the silly season.
