Admittedly I haven't seen much of Arsenal under Emery, but why have fans turned on him? He's inherited a terrible defence, yet has you one point outside the top 4. Ozil situation aside, looks like he's meeting or even exceeding expectations.

He coaches scared all the time. He setup against Huddersfield to shut them down before even thinking of attacking. He is another Moyes or Woy. We are only so close to the top 4 because of Mourinho and Arsenal got very lucky in the unbeaten run earlier this season.

I never wanted him appointed at all.

They have to appeal. Morata on an 18 month loan and wouldn’t be able to sign Higuain so would have Giroud and Abraham.

Possibly no Hazard, Luiz or CHO.
Would also make sacking Sarri more difficult, what manager would come in if they’re unable to sign anyone...

Yes was just going to add that Chef, no need to panic just yet. With the right lawyers (which Chelsea would likely have), the process can be stagnated just enough to stretch this out as far as possible.
