I mean, isn't this really sad? They were the only club to do this.

They've been nothing but an embarrassing failure for 52 years now, and continue to find new ways to embarrass themselves, whether it be choking Grand Finals, winning spoons, doing stupid trades, drafting duds with their top picks or re-signing coaches after 5 years of no finals.

Are they in a state of emergency which calls for drastic measures to please the fans and energize the players? I mean, I thought releasing a DVD for the 2004 streak was pretty sad, but singing the song in the change rooms after literal practice games is depressing beyond belief.

Did north sing the song after any of their wi... oh wait

They play GC at home in round one. Surely they'd back themselves to win that and as a consequence wouldn't mind holding off a few weeks to sing it.

Imagine the lulz if the Suns belt them though.

Speech impediment Richo will be hitting the dole queue

Hahaha, holy shit. That miserable existence of a club really should just relocate to tassy.

Our boys were barely running in the 4th quarter, and they were busting their balls to every single contest. If they were just trying to fix their pressure game that would be fine, but singing the song is ****ing hilarious and pathetic. St Kilda will never ever be successful, ever.

Just waiting now for the release of the DVD - "Undefeated. Saints Are March Champions."
“That JLT winning feeling!!” with bonus CD featuring 2 stirring renditions of the club victory song.

They would not be in this position if they had not shafted Nick Riewoldt, who was put out to pasture two years too early.
Trading Tony Lockett for Joel Smith, Chris Hemley,Robert Neill from the Swans and Hawks Glenn Nugent and Josh Kitchen was also an utter disaster.

I wonder if they sung the song after getting the Dan Hannebery deal over the line. Got to celebrate those small victories as they come :D

Nah he was destroyed mentally after those Grand Finals & then the coach secretly deserting them.

I reckon this moment still has him waking up in a cold sweat.

I only wish we won as many flags in the last 15 years as Melbourne won wooden spoons.

We have won 2 in the last 15 years. You're not that far off :thumbsu:

Which is 2 more than the amount of flags Melbourne have won in the last 55 years.

Cool story m7. Informative and stuff :thumbsu:
