Outs - Garlett & Gibbons
Ins - Jsos & Kennedy

Perhaps give Gibbons 1 more week and see if he can find the footy, but last night worried me he was just completely absent at times... Garlett was completely absent, and when he was near the footy he tended to get in the way... had such high hopes for him when we brought him in but unfortunately the kid is just no good.

Erm. He's playing as a small pressure forward, getting around 10-12 possessions is the norm for the role he played.

Surely Garlett comes out this week. Has shown absolutely nothing in the two JLT games and last night.

No need to swing any major changes. Fas will be much better for the run and will only get better. Gibbons looked good. Don't forget it was his debut. McGovern was very good in the second half and will build. We need to persist with Garlett down back - I thought he was a lot better in the second half and like Fas and McLovin, will grow into a role he's only just learning.

The only change that I would do would be either Kreuzer or Lobbe for Phillips. He'll get slaughtered by Ryder (if fit) and/or Lycett around the ground.

Maybe its a stretch and im happy to hear otherwise but really I think we should (and could) be 3-2 after round 5 at a minimum

Mate I hope so, losing is a habit and we are damn well addicted to it like meth or nicotine. Bloody hard to break the cycle and build the belief, we need an early win or two to justify in young minds it can be done.

We had one fewer tackle inside our forward 50 than the Tigers last night.

They did get the ball out too easily from kick ins but I think a lack of defensive pressure last night is overstated.
We can definately do it(defensive pressure) but not for long enough to keep us in games .
But that will come as the group matures and with maybe 1 or 2 personnel changes imo .

Watching 200cm Harry M run down I think it was Astbury in the forward pocket was my favourite moment of the match.

We are expecting a lot from such a young group. 3rd youngest in the comp. but it speaks volumes of who they are and the club that we are expecting this and they can deliver it

Harry is very quick for a big fella. They underestimate him he will nail them
