James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender filled those shoes pretty seamlessly, think Logan will be the much harder ask.

I honestly reckon they'll hold off re-casting and introducing Logan (and the X-Men generally) for as long as humanly possible because those key performances have been so influential and well-liked. It'll be much easier to reboot the Fantastic Four IMO (and probably a lot easier to manage character-wise within the confines of the MCU as well; similar to how they managed Spider Man.)

I agree to a point, but he's two movies in by July, how many more will there be with Tom Holland during Phase 4? Reckon you might only get one more solo movie and maybe an Avengers or two.

Mid-twenties and older Spidey definitely works - the recent PS4 game and Into the Spider Verse are both cases in point.

That being said; I'd be very unwilling to bet against Marvel keeping Miles Morales on the table as an option though (I think Donald Glover's Prowler even name dropped him in Homecoming IIRC?)

Yeah Miles was definitely name dropped and as well as being a bit of an easter egg the MCU probably also want the option on the table in case Tom Holland chooses not to resign after this contract is done (after his third Spider-man movie) or if something else happens. For now though he's definitely their first choice and I hope he's the first one to get to an older, experienced Spider-man.
