All your depressed talk when you were 10th overall has manifested itself now haha

Yep...karma..the team that I was ranked 10th with was much worse than my team now. I scored 450 points less last with a better team. My team is terrible so ranking in top 20 was a joke

Zerrett VC not good enough

Was on track for 120+ but did bugger all last quarter

Eh

Boak maybe for the C?

Sloane might get tagged by Steele

Danger and Telly might get Hutchings

Whitfield or Cogs might get Hewett, though I'd say Cogs might be ok

De Boer to Lloyd

Think I'm down to Boak or Cogs :(
Why would they tag Lloyd ?? He doesn't exactly generate damaging drive ?? He gets cheap rubbish in the back half. And his disposal isn't even that good. De Boer will go to JPK.

Lloyds disposal is elite, that's why he's trusted with being the distributor down there

His decision making might not be as damaging as other rebounders with his sideways/slow play game, but his disposal by foot is well above average

No you can't if you're using Scott

Plays same time as Butters
At least I can use the bugger to loop Ross’s E in SC and AF but yep you’re right he’s less than useless for my RDT situation. Hopefully Butters scores higher or about the same as Gibbons and it’s a non issue.

On that stats sheet maybe, but he always takes the most basic of options. And it's probably playing a part in Sydney's ability to win games. No way I'd ever say he's an elite kick. He chips it around short and sideways. Even my DE would be elite at AFL level if I did what he does.

Yeah a lot of backlash on the Supercoach forum about Crisp’s SC score today and how CD plays favourites with Lloyd who would’ve scored 120 from a similar game. But yes Lloyd’s disposal is elite which makes quite a diff in SC scores obviously.

FWIW I still think Crisp SC owners got reamed by CD today which I say as a non owner in any format.

Hayes still available though
True but will his JS be any better than Hately’s? Hopefully the Dogs aren’t massacred over in the West and the young fella can hold his spot as decent downgrade options seem slim pickings right now.

Just got word of the Hately news. Makes missing out on Ross even more painful, I was really putting all my chips on Hately next week. I'm concerned about Hayes' JS, but might be forced to take the risk.

Also, shout out to Crisp today. That's 2 good scores in a row now, which followed after 2 bad scores in a row. I'm just going to have to ride this rollercoaster all year. While his average is ok now, if I had my time again I would have gone for a more consistent option like Witherden. Crisp's ceiling though is higher than any other defender bar Whitfield so you do get reward when he has a good game

You might not rate him as a player, but his disposal to me is elite

Is he a damaging player, probably not

Answerth and Corbett debuting this week, so there's another two options for round 8

Rotham might get another run somewhere, but I don't think I'd take the punt on him in DT, seems more of a Supercoacher

I benched Ridley because I thought the pressure of this game might get to him. Another 90 on my bench coming up

Rough. I fielded him b/c my only other options were Collins & Burgess and I don't have any faith in either. If I'd had real choices though, I'd have done the same as you.

Who had Grundy VC? Are you loopholing or going with someone else as C?

Taking the 123. It's Russian Roulette if you don't.

My bakline rookie roulette was Rozee, Duursma, Scrimmy and Ridley

I've chosen Rozee (a beast) and the other one is floating right now

From the way Ridley played today, he's the best of them all

3 scores under 70 prior to today didn't suggest that though. I was almost ready to trade him out. I have Duursma and Rozee (fwd). Don't have Scrimshaw in RDT but would probably have backed him over Ridley. I don't think you made a bad decision based on available data at the time.

Rozee was 62 from 72% game time last week in the wet coz he copped an injury mid game. I'm pretty confident in him

fwiw Duursma v Scrimshaw is a coin toss. I'd go Duursma at home on gut feel more than anything else. I'd take Rozee over both.

Yeah I've locked Rozee. Duursma at home on the wing may sway me. Scrimmy always seems to mare till the last quarter where he saves his score

Tuohy back. Let's see how Stewart goes

Constable also back.
