Couldn’t have said it better myself.

He does know Esava cost his team a win by forgetting he wasn’t in the backline, right?

Robbo is especially unhinged this evening.

‘The AFL has let down football’ allowing Sicily to be let off for his kick. It was barely a tap.

He’s off his meds, surely.
A few too many recent afternoons with Sheedy downing reds by the bucketful while he gets the inside track on the lawsuit (and they both sob over how unfair everyone is to James Hird.)

True.

But it was actually the best bit of a terrible episode. I just streamed it back. Fast forward through the self-promotions, ads, boring players segment, the Rising Star showing he had done his pre-draft media training by smiling nicely and answering inane questions blandly, and an interview with some Supercar dude and the rest took about 7mins - Robbo's Sicily rant and gushing Gerard's views on the Tassie team (and Jack Riewoldt).

Yes the AFL has let football down by not telling Sicily that he should have kicked harder

Here we go again lol

Par for their Melbourne games last few years is 17k-24k region. Let's see on that basis.

What an insipid media arm to this sport though as we all know. Run some warm and fuzzy NAB campaigns while knifing certain clubs and supporters when it suits.

Here we go again lol

"The Ross average crowd in 2023 was 20,765 for home games, including matches at Bellerive Oval in Tasmania"

I just don't get the negativity, I mean that's a lot of Ross' to attend North games, imagine if every Ross brought along their mates Steve and Mike we'd have 60,000 every week.

As well as by far the worst one on Friends

Robbo cares less about things like concussion and CTE and more about a soft kick to the leg. That's because he's stuck on dated beliefs tied to Marquess of Queensbury rules around pugilism. So very British and proper and completely irrelevant to the modern world. Meanwhile, those interested in the fight game have moved on to UFC. In reality and especially outside of the ring (or octagon), it doesn't matter whether you punch someone or kick them, it's assault either way, and any charge, conviction, suspension or sentence will come down to the force and the impact, not the limb that you swung.

I recall that we requested a while back not to play them at Docklands due to consistently s**t crowd numbers. First home game of the year though, surely we get a few

In Round 22 of 2012 season we got 26,482 at Docklands vs Fremantle. That's our best ever home crowd against them.

Was that the game Boomer and LT got us within a kick in the 4th and then Zac Clarke literally killed us LOL.

That was the beginning of the end. We were cooked and barely got past GWS before getting belted in the EF

we were terrible interstate under Brad Scott. had many big losses including lots in finals.
funny that with essendon he has continued to show his inability to coach interstate/adapt to conditions their GWS loss last season being a pretty good example of things to come.

Didnt we get close to that figure in the 2015 game late in that season? Where Goldstein kicked a couple on Sandilands?

Our last home game vs Fremantle at any venue was in 2020, at Carrara. Before that was Docklands in 2017.

We've played Fremantle 8 times at Docklands, average crowd is 19,867. Here's all of them - knock yourselves out.

Training on the gold coast consists of Brad Scott leading the team on a conga line down the main drag of Broadbeach past all of the real estate agents and white shoe stores.
