Early on in my footy career, I got a call up to the A grade side. Coach starts me on the bench and left me there until 3 quarter time. Early in the 4th quarter someone injured themselves and was coming towards the bench, coach looks over towards me to finally bring me on, changes his mind and decides to play himself and leave me on the bench for the entire game.

We may see Nicks make the same call tomorrow night and bring himself on instead of Dowling.
