He was just far too fumbly in the first half. Frustratingly so. But improved in the second.

A perfect regular season at the MCG is not something to scoff at for a non-Vic club even if it's 3 games. No losses in Victoria is pleasing as well. Win the last 3 regular season games and there could be a home qualifying final against Collingwood.

Hugh and Logan were top shelf. The absence of Froggy in the 2nd half wasn't as decisive as we might have feared. The Pies only kicked 3 goals post half time after dominating the 2nd term.

Guess who the last interstate side was that went undefeated in Vic all year?

They’re a bit one dimensional in there which is why De Goey is so important for them. Outside of ‘Nick’ they’ve got a 40 year old Pendles, Long who is recycled (but decent), Sidearse and Mitchell. Not really that intimidating
