Should be dropped. But he won’t. We will blame either McLaughlin or Dev for the loss.
I've restrained from knocking Charlie but the shackles are off.

Do something like the good player you are instead of looking miserable every time you get near it.

Levi 27 disposals, 14 contested, 7 clearances and a goal

0 tackles
I noticed that a lot of games.. He really does not like to tackle. We have a couple of other players who like to just put their arms out to heard instead of tackling. Still young.. Clugga or Dunks should show him how.

I know Sydney missed.. Gardiner had to kick that after the 100m so to Rayner start of qtr.
Hipwood kicked a nice goal early although love to know his set shot this year be like 20%.

Despite all the injuries ,and let's face it they're very significant , our motivation and drive is just not there in games we should be winning.

So we'll struggle in finals. You can't turn it on and off like a switch which has been our modus operandi all year.

Wilmot, Dunkley, Ashcroft boys and Fort votes for me. Though Fort was quite good against Grundy and got a pretty raw deal by the umps imo. Wilmot great all game, Dunkley did what he does, Ashcroft boys winning out the middle was the best we looked all game.

Don’t think we need too many changes and there’s probably not too much we can change with our injuries anyways.

Out: Marshall, Reville, McLaughlan
In: Beecken, Lester, Lohmann (if available)

got to see Doedee properly. Didn’t stand out. Could be good or bad. But he got a good run at it.
he just did what was needed. If Lester played not sure a difference.

I backed Charlie all year saying his defensive stuff been great although did not have a great game.
Our forward line press gets caught out when no one apart from 4 players in our team can stick tackles

Strangely I think the Lions will be fine come finals from a mindset point of view. Always seem to step up when it matters this year against quality opposition.

It’s the injuries that will be the end of this team imo. Well that and maybe the dysfunctional forward line.

I don't know what the selectors aren't seeing what I'm seeing but Beecken has deserved a game well before this.

Don't get it with McLachlan at this stage.

Smith looks poor frequently but I think there's something there worth persevering with.

Marshall needs more experience in the 2's. He's only 19.

Got beat by the better side today , inconsistency has been the theme this year..I'm usually pretty positive but that's probably our season done now, injuries have left a massive hole in our back half.

Very costly game. If the rest of the results go the way they should, there will be 4 points between 2nd and 8th.

For all the talk that this seasons been boring, if your team is in the mix, this has the potential to be the most Bradbury-esque finish to a finals race we’ve seen

From what I’ve seen of Beecken he needs to get a lot better at kicking the ball. He doesn’t really fit the way the Lions want to play. Esp if he will be behind the ball.
