All the crap over the years and finally this Rankine thing made me think that its not that important to follow anymore for myself so I don't care what Harley or Ryan do now.

I don’t mind the idea of Harley and Ryan leaving and us hitting the draft with maybe 4 or 5 picks in the top 10, if he stays then great too.

Two or three good picks in a weakened draft is no replacement.

I heard that's it for Harley for the year, lads. He's only coming back to post AFLW Eagles stuff but as far as the mens side goes he's scorched.

He'll catch everyone come finals time

3 is the ideal target which gives us 4 years to build around him and push for finals.

100% this (provided he is a RFA at contract end, perfect scenario).

Obviously we all want the sugar hit news now - but he is already contracted for 26 so taking time to get it right and maximise his time at the club (I.e. the time they need to get significant on field improvement) is perfectly fine.

This Harley Reid contract nonsense with the Eagles has me proper frazzled! The $25 million, 11-year deal drama is so intense, it’s sparked a bloody absurd obsession with omorashi—that weird fetish about holding it in or wetting the bed. All this “will he stay or piss off” tension feels like a bladder ready to burst, and now I’m oddly keen on just letting it rip. Haven’t soaked the sheets yet, but bugger me, it’s tempting! Am I losing the bloody plot or what?
