I can imagine that Carbine Chaos parents were constantly short term housing every stray or injured animal within a 10km radius when he was a kid.
One of them managed to stay for 18 years haha.

22nd place with 3.95 votes: Jamie Cripps

Cripps slowed a bit, but his work rate didn't. Still one of if not our hardest working players running up and down the field and managed to snag our leading goal kicker award. Uncertain what the future holds for him and if his contract into next year is a certainty.

Polled his best game in round 9.

Yeah but how was his Telstra Tracker???

I don't think our leading goalkicker would've ever ranked so lowly in our board voting.

Wasn't an easy job being a forward in this team, for a variety of reasons. Lack of i50s, poor delivery when it came, inexperience, Matt Owies, getting smashed in clearances, not enough pressure up the ground, etc.

21st place with 3.96 votes: Sandy Brock

Considering he joined the club as an SSP, Nephew of Peter Brock ended up becoming an important part of our defence, especially after losing McGovern to injury. Performed well above expectations and could possibly nail down a spot as the third tall defender, just needs to do a bit more production with the right side of his body.

Best polling game was in round 11.

Another player that I'm not sure where their best position is; fantastic athlete but a bit fumbly - perhaps a high half forward? McQualter definitely likes something about him - he is aggressive at the ball and plays his heart out. Hoping to see the best come out of him next year.

Standout game: Round 7

This is code for "he's a bit shit".

But McQualter has 4 more years to figure it out so we'll see. Agree he played his best footy as a forward (WAFL debut).

Not for mine, I just don't think he's either a wingman or a midfielder where his fumbly skills are punished to the maximum. Fast, strong and a good leap would make him perfect for a HFF. Also need to take into consideration that he's played 30 games and needs a bit more exposure.

Brock a third tall? Right now he has to play second KPD on whoever is CHF.

Our KPD stocks aren't thrilling.

Ideally I think so. Seems a touch too slight for proper KPD and fast enough to play on smaller fwds.

25th place with 3 votes: Clay Hall

Clay earnt his spot in the side with some very good WAFL form and closed out the year as a regular contributor. Some things to work on but could be a handy role player. [insert HoneyBadger35 hater joke here]

Polled very well in rounds 18 & 19

Deadset thought I’d end up his voting fanboy, gave him a month straight of votes at one stage.

Love u Clay.

Nobody is buying it campaigner, save it for the Judge.

Bender_ do we have stats on how many "I'm a funny campaigner and will intentionally post incomplete or joke votes to emphasize how bad we played" we got this year that you had to throw out?

Used to be such a joy when I would be inputting thousands of lines of data and come across those.

Not bitter.

I'd say around 20. And a good half dozen of them I set-up the user and lines before realising they were tired & unfunny voting jokes. Plus ones where they vote properly for 4 players then decide to give half votes for the last one. 🗑

Luckily coz we're so shit right now there's less people voting so not as much data to input. When the wins start coming back there'll be more voters so will have to rethink my strategy of doing it all after the season is over.

This surprises me

28th place with 1.97 votes: Jack Williams

Bit of a disappointing year in some respects for Jack. Looked a bit heavier and lacking pace after spending the summer on a diet of exclusively froyo (rumoured). Hard to know where he fits in the side going forward. Was still a very reliable kick on goal for the most part.

Polled his best game in round 6.

This doesn't, I am an avid 3rd tall Jwill enthusiast. My mine gripe with Mini.

Successful sponsorship.

Crippa replacement- has all the attributes.

Played 16 games for 4 votes in round 20 from wirra44 - the only time said poster voted. If I was so inclined I would've put these votes in the bin where they belong but it's not really my place to decide who can and cannot vote and how.

Well considering I gave Archer Reid 5 votes for his 2 disposals and Dewar 3 votes for his 2 disposals I had obviously been taking the piss on our performance.😅

Bender_ i presume you’re waiting until Tim Gepply gets back from Utah to finish this?

In the office today and everything is on my personal laptop at home so will pick it back up when I get home this arvo. Will try and knock out everything except the top 10 whilst the footy is on. Or whilst playing Borderlands 4.
