And it gets worse - you get stuck walking through the whole of IKEA without being able to work out a short cut to the flat pack stuff. And then you have to assemble the shit - which you're going to **** up.
It’s not our fault you can’t follow simple instructions.

Umm, probably the reasons on why Melbourne are looking to pay 3.5 million of his contract for him to leave their club.
He’s a genuine over cooked ****wit.
He can’t even pronounce facilities!
And this makes him a liability on the footy field how? It just feels like pearlclutching to me.

Melbourne are reaping the reward of throwing around near $1.5m contracts willy nilly. Oliver is still very good

Ben Hobbs one ready to go though.
Don’t even joke with Hobbs!

With the writing seemingly on the wall with Oliver it pains me to post this, but I kind of want us to pivot and try to polish the Tsatas turd. His ball winning numbers were fantastic for a 21yo this year. The problem is his kicking is ****ing awful…

How epic would it be though if Oliver had setup the ultimate Rickroll on the AFL media by getting his mates to hype up a move to GWS. It’s not going to happen, but it’d make my week!

Yeah not at 1.7m more. Would you not be annoyed as the best player in the comp.
So Nick needs an elite mid to help him & the team.. but we shouldn't be doing everything in our power to attract one to the club, because Peter advised Nick during his last contract negotiations to leave money on table for the betterment of the team..

Kind of doesn't make sense if both Peter & Nick want the team to improve.

I just do not see any issue with the way he's acted over the last couple of days. Total nonissue to me.

Vague allusions to some kind of 'serious' issues without actually stating them isn't convincing either. He has only really missed serious time once in his entire career, and played most of 2025.
Didn’t he refer to his coach as a c u next tuesday? Told the media to **** off? He can’t handle the scrutiny how will he survive at Collingwood.

Adelaide withdrew ‘following due diligence’, we’ve not been very aggressive, the Dee’s have been trying to get rid of him for two seasons and are willing to pay half his salary to be free. You don’t even need to know the reason just look at the reaction from around the league.

A player of his ability should be snapped up at 700k per year.

Is Goodwin not a campaigner? So what he told the media to **** off - they should! Just not issues whatsoever.

Now you're just spreading some misinformation. Adelaide withdrew because Oliver told them he wasn't interested. Melbourne wouldn't let Oliver go to Geelong.

And Silvagni.

Can’t imagine our cap is too tight.

We literally have one bloke over a million dollars. And not massively over that figure.

There would really only a small smattering of guys on the high six figures too. Moore, DeGoey, Perryman, Houston.
It’s 2026 that’s the issue beyond that we’d be fine. You can pretty much guarantee contracts for Cox and Mitchell are being held back in case we landed someone like Oliver. You work backward from that and can probably get pretty close to how much room we have for next year.

Ben Hobbs one ready to go though.
family guy vomit GIF

Okay, I will let Leppa know. Did Darcy Cameron impress you before we recruited him?
Is Leppa even interested in Logan?

And did Darcy grow up barracking for Collingwood? Because you thought that was relevant 😆

I’m not saying he’s not a good player. He’s just too much of a risk for his highly likely off field antics. He’s a no brainer that he’s a no brainer.

So it's a tale of 2 cities for Clarry:

SYDNEY
  • Glistening Harbour
  • Bondi Babes
  • Mountains of pure, fluffy Columbian

MELBOURNE
  • Maribyrnong River
  • Brunswick goths
  • Frankston Caravan Meth

We've got our boy!
You're not helping!!

What makes them likely? He is coming off a full season and is better behaved than recent favourite sons

Doubt Mitchell gets signed regardless. I think the reason we haven't gone ahead and delisted him already is out of respect for a Brownlow medallist. If he can orchestrate an unlikely trade it saves the indignity.

Cox and Mitchell will be on well below AFL average wages on the off chance we retain both of them.

I really can’t see how we are even close to our cap. It just doesn’t make sense.

I thought he was referring to King who told him that needs to play forward or in the VFL.

Nobody knows who jumped first, a bit odd that he says not interested when he hasn’t yet got a club lined up. I think clubs are rightly sensitive to players personal issues and player agents will spin it around high ever way best suits their client. There is no misinformation coming from me.

He’s not Swanny cheeky, Heater dumb or Daisy rascal. The bloke is fried mentally. You can see it over the last few days. Players like that can be a cancer to the playing group and put too much extra scrutiny on the club and sponsors.

If King is trying to tell a good AFL level midfielder he has to do those things then he's clearly being inflammatory. I repeat, not an issue.

Not odd at all, he is in the drivers seat in determining where he goes.
