Free Agency Period: Friday, October 3rd - Friday, October 10th
Trade Period: Monday, October 6th - Wednesday, October 15th
AFL Draft: Wednesday, November 19th - Thursday, November 20th

Ive raised this point about a milliong times but werent his exact words "serious clubs dont let contracted players go UNLESS it benefits your club"?

There would be plenty of benefits to letting Roma go for fair value.

Legit would have jumped at this 2 years ago.

Cant recall a player having his sort of drop off from potential to now in recent memory. With our flanker depth he might not get a game in the twos.

Hawks must be getting desperate if they're only just bringing up players now.
What they (and the Cats) have to realise is that you're not getting another club's best player for a spud regardless of how many mid/late teens picks you throw in.

Except he genuinely isn't an upgrade on harry boyd. There are snails out there that he would lose a footrace to. This is from firsthand watching him. Bloke struggles in the SANFL

And its worse because there are better options out there. Give me literally any of the best rucks in the VFL/SANFL as an SSP selection over Soldo. Ill take Brayden Crossley and Todd Goldstein over him without thinking twice

geez could only be to take will brodies trade pick record off him in less than 72 hours & only when dodson needs a rest,if marshalls gone dodson needs to be #2 managed due to his age,then keeler,then tdk alone horses for courses,then soldo as a break glass if tdk goes down

I think you mean career but Heath was also out of contract and Melbourne offered more than we wanted to.

We still shouldnt go near Soldo but Heath isnt related to that.
