And fair enough too. If he gets a run at it he will be a star. With Gunston another year older he is a must keep. (even though Gunston is seemingly getting better with age)
Lewis will already be 27 in a couple of weeks, he's just an injury prone forward.

I didn't even see him calling me out on that, and I don't really care. Every post he makes is outrage or ridiculous proposals.

You spend more time talking about me / selling me out than you spend discussing Trac.

If my workplace endangered my health, I'd be a little upset......

Sheeeeeesh
yes, but it is a dangerous sport, not your typical desk job. The carry on was too much for me. He sacked Gary Pert and Kate Roffe, blackmailed the club during the trade season and ruined the culture even further with his attitude. I understand being a little bit annoyed but he was annoyed because he didn't get enough 'we miss you Trac' messages from everyone at the club. Just really narcissistic stuff. I guarantee you there's people at the club, other players, staff etc. that are dealing with equally heavy stuff that didn't make it all about themselves.

I came in late and caught the last few pages, west coast supporter advising on how to rebuild;
Carlton supporter evaluating our list;
Gold Coast supporter…🤡

Well, let's face it, it's not unheard of for Melbourne to need outside help to fix their clown show of an admin/football dept.

....and he hasn't proven himself to be much of a recruiter either. Whiffed on Flanders and Humphrey.

To be fair to McVee, he held off his decision until meeting King and discussing his role. Club wanted to keep him. Swing and a miss!
This is such an asinine point of view.

St Kilda put a ridiculous contract in front of Flanders that he's not worth.

It's not King's fault that Humphrey is contracted.

So you're stupidly blaming King for McVee not signing a contract he had in front of him for 18 months? I know your gimmick is posting ridiculous opinions but even for you this is a massive stretch.

Melbourne seem to think they are much closer to contending than anyone else does.

Personally I don't see anything other than misery on their radar for the next 5 years minimum.
Amusing and ironic coming from a Carlton supporter.

Trading Petracca and Oliver plus not guaranteeing games for May means the club thinks they're contending? Are you drunk?

To be fair, the Gold Coast supporters for the most part have been fine. It's a few of our own who have been far more embarrassing

Bombers 21 and 27 sounds good. 👌
It sounds like we may be looking to hang on to 24, so this would make sense to confirm that you guys have enough points for your academy kids.

TheBoss who cares if King made Oliver and Trac leave, will be for the best. No different to Hawks flogging off Mitchell and O’Meara (or Bulldogs with McRae/Smith) when they did, but with some first rounders coming back.

I am in the minority of wanting to see if Trac and Oliver could get back to their best playing under a new coach and gameplan.

We have whiffed on too many 1st round picks since 2020 that I don't have confidence in our footy department to rebuild the list through the draft.

Good time to do it, if we can land 7-8 first rounders from 2023-2026 it’s a good young core ahead of TAS coming in. Also frees up bucket loads of cash for the FA market once Tas do come in to complement that young core.

If it’s only costing us some old timers who can’t hit targets im all for it.

Self founded, self supported powerhouse on the gc 🤏🏼
Had a million more concessions than any other club and even my mess of a footy club won a flag since

and you only won that because the AFL took over your club.

Tholstrup and Jefferson are duds though.

So 20 for 26 and 32 same same
That's not entirely true. I mean, if they were kept by Essendon they'd be blown out, but if they were the Suns earliest picks after the first bid they'd stay where they were from a dvi perspective.

Question to Melbourne supporters.

If you have 7 and 8, I’ve been informed there has been early enquiry about trading up to 2. CDT has appeal and we have supposedly had the question asked by Essendon and Tigers as other interested parties.

Would there be a desire to get the unicorn that won’t go back home? If so, does 2+33 cover 7+8 or would you want to hold 8 and go a F1?

Considering Eagles F1 could be potentially pick 1, i know which one i'd prefer lol

Our F1 on its own would probably be worth more than pick 2 in this years draft, let alone throwing in pick 7 on top. Also can’t see us wanting to carry 5 rucks on our list at the same time.
