I'd want Essendon, Carlton, Collingwood or Dogs zones out of the Vic ones.

Tassie produces so few footballers and I think retention and recruiting is going to be an issue. I think they should get a Northern style academy.

The square bit at the bottom of the left picture is what's lost. It's more about the demographic of the region than the size of the region - so **** knows if it's negative or beneficial - but my assumption is it will have been intended to be slightly negative - as they had to squeeze the regions to fit North in.

If we have the whole YJFL area then I’d imagine we’ll probably start an affiliation with the Eastern Ranges in addition to our Oakleigh one.

Would help if things like suburbs and towns, or other helpful geographical features, were included in those maps. And not just random colourful blobs. Someone somewhere must know how the boundaries were drawn and what is actually within them.

Going by this, the east metro part of our zone has been reallocated to richmond
Which is the city of monash. Not sure how much of that we had, as that was more the hawthorn thing. Dont think we lost too much out there. We basically have gained a whole junior league of prospects lol

East metro we lose, which is Ashwood, Clayton, Glen Waverley, Hughesdale, Huntingdale, Mount Waverley, Mulgrave, Notting Hill, Oakleigh, Oakleigh East, and Wheelers Hill. Parts of Burwood, Chadstone, and Oakleigh South

We gain north east metro, taking it from blues/hawks which is suburbs like Bulleen, Doncaster, Heidelberg, Ivanhoe, and Box Hill in the east, and areas like Bundoora, Eltham, and Mill Park further north. Basically we have the area that surfaces the biggest junior league in melbourne.

We also retain our inner-east zone.

Gained heaps more, not just geography, but an area that has continual family regeneration veris what we lost is simoly anageing suburb kr two...its a good outcome for pies

North used to have the North East of Victoria. Looks like Carlton have it now.
