I'll take your word for it, yes 2 is too many, but the post I was responding to made a claim about "a lot" of posters being pro Hamas.

It seemed like someone couldn't handle countering views so in a bout of immaturity went with hyperbolic nonsense.

Not to mention they appointed - to an antisemitism task force - someone whose spouse is anything but antiracist. She can be married to whoever she likes of course, but it's just stunning the government didn't do due diligence on this.

For the record I don't think any of these former PMs bear any responsibility for the events of the weekend. But they are closer to culpability than anything the current PM and his Cabinet have or didn't do.

And I'm really not fussed by we numpties making BS back and forth claims on a back thread of a footy forum for effect. But it troubles me deeply that this nonsense is getting traction from people calling themselves journalists on once revered mastheads.

Hamas is a terrorist organisation that was helped to be put in place by Israel.
Hamas and Israel are one and the same IMO…. Criminals.


Just like Jews and Palestinians are one and the same. I have no issues with either … only people who support Criminals like the Israeli government.

Who is “we”; I don’t quite understand your response. I was asking a question about where posters get their information. For example, please can you let me know what, for example, do you read? It’s pretty simple.

For example; if a student relied upon Wikipedia,Reddit, Bibi or any other dodgy internet source in one of their assignments, please don’t tell me you would give them a pass. Unfortunately, I think that is what is happening in universities across Australia.

That bit about the PM taking personal responsibility for the massacre is unbelievably stupid.

Frydenberg advised Downer, the Foreign Minister, when Australia joined the US in the illegal invasion of Iraq. Downer was very supportive of the illegal invasion that gave birth to Daesh, no doubt following his adviser's counsel. When is Frydenburg gonna take responsibility for his part in creating Daesh (ie ISIS)?

You of course chose to focus on just one thing I said in the course of the point I was making in my post because it suited you, but the fact is, no matter what your political/religious beliefs are (and I personally have no interest in following a religion and think the world would be a far better place if religion played much less of a role), as a nation presumably trying not to create huge, stupid, entirely avoidable problems for itself at every turn, it is mind-bogglingly wrongheaded to go out of your way to offend 2 billion religious believers.

Such a keyboard warrior thing to suggest, with no consideration whatsoever of the realities of the world in which we actually still existed last time I checked. I mean, I can't even believe we're having this discussion.
