Take this to the scandals and rumours board. A lot of gossip with very little facts outside speculation and innuendo.

Not really our place to comment or speculate, outside hoping all parties have support with whatever may or may not be happening.

I'm of the firm belief that there should be privacy when it comes to relationships; however, this is the AFL and that unfortunately doesn't exist in this code. I have been following this for a little bit, and there's too much smoke not to be fire. That's not really an issue though as every couple faces their fair share of problems. My problem is that the strongest rumour going around right now is that Lachie cheated. I'm refusing to believe this. Not because of the implications it may have on the club, rather Lachie doesn't strike me as that person. I really hope the rumours about this are wrong, so i'll keep my fingers crossed.

It’s no good at all but professional sports player being unfaithful is a real fork found in kitchen situation.

Enjoy what they do on the field and never treat them as a role model.

Not judging. The truth is, we have no real insight into the circumstances or the internal relationship dynamics at play.

These are great players, but at the end of the day they’re still human. And like all of us, they carry human frailties, moments of vulnerability, imperfection, and personal challenges that can’t always be seen from the outside.

i love this club, but the amount of cheating that has happened in the past few years. Vegas, Zorko, and this. It's deeply upsetting. Getting very difficult to cheer for people who openly do terrible things. The only brightside is that they're still good people at this club, such as Cameron, Andrews, Fletcher, Lester. And probably the ashcrofts and the new boys considering they're new here. Regardless, I can't see Lachie as the same person anymore. Cheating is unforgivable. And this isn't a zorko incident given he and his partner had separated by that time. Lachie cheated on his wife with her best friend.

Sorry to break this to you but it likely is way more common than you think

I have never felt the need to check a person's ethics before cheering for them; I don't need to judge if they are good people or bad. Polemic statements are unnecessary in my humble opinion.

Plenty of good people make mistakes in life. Plenty of bad people do too.

Been the norm at AFL clubs for a long as I've been following the game.

Best your footy heroes aren't judged on any moral code outside of that. Just enjoy their footy.

Seriously?I doubt the level of cheating is any higher at footy clubs than in the general population.I suspect the percentage of people who cheat is well over 65 percent.

Agree and as I've said its not relevant to his career. I do tend to think that good people don't tend to repeat mistakes though.

I read comments from people saying the media should leave it alone. Hell no, if Jules didn't want it in the media she wouldn't have released that post on social media. Media won't be dropping it and nor should they

Jules knows full well what that post insinuates (And the insta post deletions) and wouldn't put that over Lachie's head unless it was actually the case.

Dare I say this would be much worse than the Zorko incident for many reasons. A real darn shame for Jules & the kids if it all ends up to be what we believe it to be.

Andrews sole captain seems inevitable, although arguably should have happened for 2026 onwards anyway besides the above IMO.
