Why, are you missing Kenny Hinkley already?

5 days more than since Essendon's last H&A game.

I used to keep track early on but I CBF with it.

We’re going to be making so many comparisons after [PLAYERCARD]Josh Carr[/PLAYERCARD] does literally everything more professionally.

Hinkley will leave behind a very low bar of things like:

  • finals are scary”
[*]“it’s a tough competition and someone has to lose”
[*]“We’ve got a long to be like [insert opposition club that’s gone past us here)
  • Smiling and giggling after losses, completely unbothered.

That list goes on and on.

The lucky bastard only ever had to improve on 2012 to forge a career for 13 years, but at least [PLAYERCARD]Josh Carr[/PLAYERCARD] only ever has the do all the basics at least semi-professionally to be an upgrade on the last guy.

Hinkley will do well working within th media, as accountability and factual information is not required in the AFL media circles.
Some grasp of the english language may be a bridge too far though

At best your get the hurring and erring of a roo

I’m certain that if you ask the average happyclapper to tell you one thing they actually remember happening during Hinkley’s 13 years, most of them will struggle to give you one.

YOURE NOT FLYING JACK!!

I SAID YOU'RE NOT FLYING JACK!!

PUTS ARMS OUT LIKE AEROPLANE

Oh it would be nothing footy related, just brief interactions with Kenny out in the wild where he was a regular human being and so "relatable" and "polite".

Crawley admitted England had been outplayed by a better side.

“They’re a very, very good side. I feel like it was always going to be tough coming here, against them,” he said.

This is why honesty is so important. It is clear that despite all the bullshit England knew in their heart of hearts that it wasn't the truth and were just denying reality under the guise of Bazball. It didn't help them be more confident because they knew it wasn't true.

No different to trying to shield AFL players and coaches from honest feedback.

I'm not sure that's even true. Great bowling side, sure, but we also missed Cummins and the hazelnut so it was our weakest in a while.

Other than the head job going ballistic, our batting has mostly been pretty fragile the last few years.

More excuses from the England spuds for being shite, and bazball being a crock.

Ken meeting Kath Loughnan in the Fox studios for the first time.

The gaslighters who say that Hinkley never had the cattle to work with in his 13 years are factually incorrect, because in 2015, we were red hot favourites to win the premiership.

He managed to miss finals with the list that were literal flag favourites!!

The same people who will point-blank tell you Port have never had the cattle, will also happily say things like this:

If Ken Hinkley presided over that forward line it’d be lucky to kick 10 goals in a given week, and Membrey would find himself trialled as a defender in the SANFL by May.

Last time I tried using the Craig McRae & Adam Kingsley examples of what a change of coach can do after so long, I just got slapped with “their lists are better than yours”.
