Just an FYI, the winner of omgfridge's round will be responsible for hosting our annual week-long Christmas* theme.

Avatar: Fire and Ash. Pretty much same plot as the last one with just as much cringe dialogue. Don't really watch it for that, visually it was stunning. New villian was cool till they sort of forget about her to rehash plot points they've already done.

And now I don't have to think anymore about a theme because that title just reminded me we belted the poms today to retain the ashes.

Reckon I should start a "reserves SC" and invite all the people that have dropped off or melted into oblivion because of the state of this comp. Fresh spreadsheet, virgin artists only, whores get a handicap and replacing the billy would be a relegation/promotion system where if you want to enter an SC it has to be this OG one. Have it once a week, maybe once a fortnight, funny buggery/wiki edits would be encouraged and theremin adjacent rounds would be regular. Votes could be different too, you could use the usual 5-1 or maybe give 9 votes to one and 6 votes to another, if there were 15 noms you could even give each nom 1 vote. Whoever is hosting the round could completely flip the rules if they wanted. Anything is possible if you believe. Spreadsheet would be less of a spreadsheet and more of a list that just has the artists nominated.

Would love to try something to lure certain contestants back. I really miss their noms as they usually covered blind spots of mine or releases I've missed and I don't want to bother most of them just to ask what they've listened to lately.

Well you'd still have to unfortunately, pup. The reserves comp would be for the drop offs and melters. You still participate in this SC so you wouldn't qualify to enter.
