Sean Combs crimes was an open secret for decades. Same with Russell Brand and Harvey Weinstein. Jimmy Saville was knighted in 1990 and his crimes was an open secret from the early 1970’s.

Weinstein and Combs have both been convicted and are serving jail time. Savile's crimes were never prosecuted in his lifetime.

Brand has been charged but is entitled to the presumption of innocence until tested in court.

Yes, but the evidence against Saville is overwhelming. He never got prosecuted because of who he was.

Unless you’re on the jury, you’re not obliged to give Brand the presumption of innocence. We can weigh the information and make our own choices. Likewise, Saville dying before he could be held to account doesn’t make him innocent.

I grouped Savile in with Weinstein and Combs because, like you said, the amount of evidence against him was overwhelming. He would have certainly been convicted if charged. The cover ups by people who knew what he was doing was just as bad as his offending.

As for Brand, unless you're on the jury you're not equipped with the full information. You can form an opinion but it's going to be based on selective evidence, personal prejudices, media bias etc. Like if you formed an opinion on Johnny Depp before his court case with Amber Heard.

It’s aged well, still brilliant, even when you know the story.
I just love the way they did the opening scene of every episode, just got me excited every time for what was to come in the next hour.
There’s nothing like this these days, no real ‘standing around the water cooler at work the next day’ shows that have captivated everyone.
We were so spoiled in the BB, GOT, etc days.

Inadvertently started watching 24 yet again lol, technically can say at least I waited a year (September-Novemberish last year).
