Everytime I’ve tuned in he’s been horrible as a starter , in fairness I haven’t seen every game clearly just everytime I do tune in he’s stunk it up as a starter.

Averaging 17/5/5 on a deep rotation with Simons getting good mins too. Shooting at 45% which isn’t too shabby. His improvement has been impressive.

Kidding if you think Jonas is doing anything to keep you contending.

Id be looking to get below the tax which is 187.5 mill which in a messed up way is actually letting Jonas go and thereafter trading for someone like say Paul Reed by dropping Peyton Watson and understanding you cant keep the guy anyway

Maybe not " contending " but surely not " the front fell off " either
GoEaglesGoSGIO ok officially in " the front fell off " territory

Jonas Valanciunas calf strain, 4 weeks out. You couldn’t script this

Braun
Cam Johnson
Gordon
JV
Jokic

Unreal

At least theyll come back.

Been a bad year overall for injuries. Just looking at the top West teams i think theyve all had key players out to varying extent, except maybe the wolfs.

Knicks are getting smoked at home by Hawks.
Its crazy how much better Atlanta plays without Trae Young. A deal that can turn Trae into Anthony Davis would be a win for. I cant see Dallas wanting to go over the second apron with this side which will happen unless they can shed salary. A deal like

Trae Young to Sacramento for Schroeder, Saric and Monk
Rissacher + Schroeder + Monk + picks for AD
Dallas then flip Schroeder for a expiring contract to a side like T-Wolves

Flipping Schroeder for a expiring deal + salary cap saving overall saves them 20+ mill to take them under the first apron.
Sacramento dump some crummy contracts to take on another one in Young so fairly sideways
Atlanta get a missing piece of sorts

At 6-28 Indiana made the right choice on Turner.

At this point also they have figured out that Mathurin is a absolute bum so that should give them room to just find 2 decent free agents + a great pick to start again with a healthy Haliburton.

l can’t have the Cavs. How do drop this at home to the Denver scrubs?
They miss Strus/Jerome big time, especially Jerome. Offense collapses when Mitchell takes a rest.

I see the Denadre Hunter move still as just strange and dumb. He is a okay player but that salary was and is a killer. He isnt worth what they paid

Take Hunters salary off the books and theyd have kept Jerome + had money for a better SG then whatever the hell Merrill is.

Yep they look better without Young now for sure. They've been inconsistent this season but mostly competitive when Porzingis has been out there. Johnson, Okongwu and Alexander-Walker give them plenty of weapons. Daniels doesn't get enough help defensively.
