Bummer! It's one of my faves, just love everything about it, vocals, music - brill guitar and drums, the eerie arrangement, which I thought fitted well with the thriller theme I got. It's not a tribute, don't know if you meant that but a psychedelic reinterpretation. I mainly don't like covers of songs I love either but think this is a fine exception.
