also highlights a lot of these young gms are no better than you or i. if theyre relying on pff grades, and other data, for drsft picks, then theyre just glorified armchair experts.
that means someone like me who uses "versus" videos and things like player comparisons on styles and mechanics and preference for certain types of first names, etc, could easily do an NFL gm job. yeah fly me around to pro days and give me a phone to contact other gms in the league for trade talks and i too can look the part

I have have a tonne more respect for Kwesi for this.
This should be the norm not something they try to use as a hit piece.
Plus he still worked while on 2 week break was just remotely.
Only in USA were you don’t get maternity leave or any sort of leave would they make it bad that you were actually there for your child’s birth and first couple of weeks.
