It’s half time. Lions by 5 points. We dominated the first quarter and led by 20 odd points at quarter time. They lifted in the second quarter. But we’ve been sloppy.

For anyone not able to watch....my views:

Positives:

• Will Ashcroft is dominant - looks bigger, stronger and kicking nicely. I expect he's getting some of McCluggage's time/ball so might not be representatitive
• Bailey looks awesome - same high-half forward, sometime stoppage role - so sharp.
• Kiddy full time forward - looks comfortable. He's not really a small, or a tall - more a link up player. Probably in Rayner's spot?
• Neale and Zorko look fit and sharp - standard.
• Cody Curtin has presence - he looks to be laboring a bit but he's a big body and uses it - doesn't look out of place at the level.
• Gallop looks like a 2nd year breakout
• Dizz looks fit and over his injuries

TBCs:

• Annabel looks half a step behind the level - but he's clean and composed, not at all stressed he'll get there.
• Oscar Allen isn't reallllllly imposing - he's a bit floppy in the contest and gave away a few frees.
• Levi still playing outside/wing and still hacking it by foot - but he did lay a nice tackle and have a few nice handballs
