Wonder how close he was to the leadership group.
Most interesting to me was Sharman and, yes, Burnsey, in the core group just below.
Pretty complimentary about Titanic’s trajectory in leadership.

was more fluff than substance unfortunately, esp the Tony Brown Cherry segment. Still as a Saints fan, it was a decent watch
was interesting to hear that they had selected a core group of players to stick with in the short term, noting Dougal and Dan played neither practice game, So I don't see them running out on Sunday or the early rounds bar injury.

Good to see Ronnie in the core leadership group, must be held in high regard for his efforts

Noticed the Bins getting a fair bit of airtime as well. They were neat and orderly, which was good to see.

The over apologising to Ross stood out you could see hes not 100% confident in challenging the coach yet.

It’s like he was looking for acceptance.

Just my take.
or he respects the coach......

Watched the first episode of the pies Doco and I’ve gotta say it’s much better than ours.

Hopefully the saints can follow a full season and make a doco like the giants and pies have.

First episode??

Bloody hell, we only just get our first doco and they've already got a multi season netflix franchise.

How the other half live

I love the Saints heart ♥️ and soul.
You’ll probably see rag them out some time during the season but my faith never wavers a ****en millimetre.
I’m really pumped for something special this year.

He has played less than 50 games.

I think it’s entirely understandable why he was over apologetic to Ross - especially with the feedback Mattaes got early days from the playing group.

Aside from potential and a handful of very good games. He hasn’t delivered anything to be challenging the coach.
