McGannon from fish Creek is the word on the street Hodgey. Boolarra going down the fifo route with a few Darwin recruits, will be interesting to see if they last a cold wet winter in the southern gippsland hills

Didn’t know that but he was adamant it wasn’t happening so maybe by the time news got out about Morwell he had changed his mind on going there.

Not sure if it’s new or old news but Meeniyan have apparently signed an ex-AFL listed CHF. Not sure on the name but he has played VAFA in recent seasons.

So that's Jack Davis, on top of Charlie Wilson (Horsham area) announced last week who also played for Geelong VFL and seems to kick a lot of goals. Another bloke announced last week who hasn't played higher level but looks like them and Foster are both getting quite a few new blokes in that will be top end players, love of the jumper of course.

Was coming back from melbourne yesty and spotted the yinnar/traf game at traf stopped in for 15 mins. Yinnar were in control easy on scoreboard. Apparently yinnar have recruited very well and will look a very different team this year although traf i was told were missing quite a few

Yes I have heard since that Yinnar won well over Trafalgar, a side who made the GF in EDFL last season. The Magpies were also missing a few, but they were happy just to get through unscathed.
Moe 2s (playing at Willow Grove and participating in the MGFNL in 2026) pipped Poowong I believe up at the Blue Rock Dam reserve. Morwell lost to Beaconsfield by 10 points, Woodside and Fish Creek played off but unsure of result.
