So a work colleague was saying the other day (I think Friday or Thursday) he has seen our man a couple of times over the last week or so barefoot down the bottom end of Elizabeth St here in the Melb CBD, now unless he is going to Coles to buy his milk there is only one other reason he would be hanging around down there....

For those who are not from Melbourne the bottom end of Elizabeth St is absolutely 3rd world and the "unhoused" and others who hang around there are usually there for nefarious reasons.
