Sugar is still around. It’s weird, you can’t easily look up their profile but they were on the forums today. Hasn’t posted since January though, and in their last post they referred to the POTUS as tRump so in honour of that our coach is now kIng.

I like how genuinely enthusiastic he seems about it all lol. Not a robot, not one of those old heads who thinks coaching is just screaming at people. Just seems like a smart footy guy who is really invested in the club.

I thought he was our guy too, mostly because I didn't think the club had the balls to do the hard things and he would do it.

Brilliant though, id been gaslit by Goody to start believing that coaching was almost pointless and modern guys just went from contest to long kick. Kings clearly changed how the guys think about each disposal

I reckon sKing is doing the classic “Put players where their strengths can shine, don’t get hung up on what they’re not” trick.

Geelong have made multiple obviously limited players work and he obviously was part of that.

Goodwin wanted the players to change from what they are to what he wanted IMO.

Not sure. Challenged a couple of weeks ago in Adelaide and still found a Way late.

4-0 vs 3-1, but they have Bont, Richards, Libba, Darcy, Naughton, English, Dale etc. We have Gawn, Koz, Steele and a plucky attitude.

I'm not all that impressed with Bevo finally getting the Dogs to play up to their potential. They've had some of the best talent (besides KPDs) in the comp for years.
