Sydney should be 5+ goals up but have the yips.

I have to say, neither team looks great. Poor quality game between 2 sides a lot have as top 4 locks.
Nothing to do with the yips. The good ball users are hitting targets, the suspect ones aren't which generally happens with high pressure games. Notice Rosas, Heeney, Warner, Long, King aren't missing.

The Suns are still in this, more due to the Swans being wasteful than them playing great footy.

How can Curnow not back himself to kick a drop punt from a very slight angle? Instead he did that stupid around the corner kick and nearly missed everything.

He is a right footer too so surely that is a better percentage shot on an angle than trying to snap it on his non preferred foot.

He isn't the only Swans player to miss an easy shot on goal today but he is definitely their worst offender with a 0.4 scoreline.

If your response to a bit of humour is to sook it up about umpiring from a game 3 weeks ago I really don't know how to help you. Best to leave it there champ
Sorry I don’t find sprouting a win that wasn’t deserved humorous
Let’s leave it at that turbo

In front of goal. 6 or 7 fairly easy shots missed today, for a top level side.
Notice they are all by players that are known to be suspect shots at goal. The bad misses have all been the taller players that are known to be suspect kicks. The only difference to normal would be that they have missed all the shots when normally they'd be closer to 25% on a bad day. It's not the team kicked poorly, it's the talls 0.8 between them whereas King and Walter are 5.1 for Gold Coast.

There were multiple games last year Sydney lost because of poor kicking for goal from their forwards.

Yeah, all I was saying is that Sydney had good chances to put the game away but didn't. They may be doing so now. I could have clarified that just a few players were responsible, but not every post needs that level of detail.
