I missed 14 years then won $20 best-on voucher in ressies playing HBF on a fat prick who was on a bucks the day beforeHas any player ever missed 2 straight years of football, and come back to have a good career?

I don’t see why we would. We have Ro/TDK, Sharman and Owens, with Caminiti, Keeler and Tauru as other potential options.Hopefully we can pick up a key forward at the mid season draft, just to give us more options for this season. At least we can see how Caminiti goes as a pure forward over the next couple of months
I still think he'll come good but you're totally right. Camaniti played his decoy role beautifully last night but without a permanent genuine goal kicking tall, opposition coaches are going to figure out how to beat us in no time. They don't need to be a star but surely there's a 1.5 goal a game FF out there plying is trade in some comp.Man 6 weeks lol. Another conditioning block included in that. Can’t imagine how big Max must be feeling, might just never happen for him.
Big priority for the off season has to be a full forward. Love Max but would be foolish to rely on him to return at this point.
I was thinking more for depth, Keeler and Tauru (not yet at least) aren't key forwards. Sharman has been looking better further up the ground and kicking the ball inside 50 more. Owens would be unlocked even more with a bigger forward next to him.I don’t see why we would. We have Ro/TDK, Sharman and Owens, with Caminiti, Keeler and Tauru as other potential options.
Is anyone we pick up mid-season likely to be better/more ready than any of the latter 3?
I highly doubt it.

Curnow is the one to cling on to but I think at this stage Max is surpassing even what he went through.Has any player ever missed 2 straight years of football, and come back to have a good career?
Too many people will speculate on his timeline as we all did with the calf and the knees. I get the frustration but I also get why they’re doing it like this. Why do they always have to be so cryptic with the updates for him? What grade hamstring is the injury? Is it low grade like Butler's and they're doing some extra training in the rehab time? If it is just say that, if it's medium grade then say that.
Shits me.
Will it really only be six weeks though?!6 weeks includes the conditioning block
So in reality it's something like 4 + 2 which isn't that disastrous. Back against the Dogs in Round 15 for the run home
Sure, I mean if there’s someone really good available then grab them, but AFL quality genuine key forwards don’t exactly grow on trees in the state leagues, so I wouldn’t personally be grabbing someone unless we rate them as an instant upgrade on Caminiti/Keeler/Tauru.I was thinking more for depth, Keeler and Tauru (not yet at least) aren't key forwards. Sharman has been looking better further up the ground and kicking the ball inside 50 more. Owens would be unlocked even more with a bigger forward next to him.
I think a strain is minor (as it looked in the footage) whereas a tear is more serious. So did he tear the hammy or what? I don't get it.
Edit: I see it is a strained hammy--so not sure if that means a tear etc
Well, we could do with one in the MSD, any out there?Man 6 weeks lol. Another conditioning block included in that. Can’t imagine how big Max must be feeling, might just never happen for him.
