Are you expecting Williams to play most weeks at senior level?

Fantasy-related question, but big fan of his as a footballer.

He’ll play every week. Can’t remember the last time he was left out of the side.

He played back most of last year after spending the majority of the previous three seasons on the wing

Have no idea where he will play this season. I think he is better (individually and for the team as a whole) on the wing, like most players he’ll score better in the fantasy games if he is playing back

Treloar is far from 'cooked'. As a regular track watcher, he has been incredibly impressive in the recent match sims and has worked tirelessly to prepare for the season. It's disrespectful to tap out a throwaway line which is the opposite of what he's producing on the track. He was struck down by injury last year, having been an all-Australian the previous season. As all players in their final season, he will need to call upon his experience and continue to find ways of exploiting his strengths. Please use evidence to validate your views.

This might be one of the worst takes I’ve seen on this forum.

Treloar since being with us has averaged 4.3, 3.2, 5.3, 4.7 tackles.

Treloar Croft and Naughton are all quick and agile not sure where you've got this idea from

So u didnt see croft play at the end of the year ?

Nothing to do with height. He will break out next year big time, will end up being what JUH was meant to be long term

I personally think Croft actually fits our side better than JUH due to his versatility to play ruck & even wing when not forward.

Croft is showing a lot more skill, versatility and effort in his 2 games and on the training track than Jamarra. He is in the best 22 next year every day.

Thoughts on Treloar's and Croft's seasons so far?

Croft is clearly hampered with that shoulder currently & he physically has a lot more growth to come. We haven’t seen him on the wing this season at any level, I think there’s space to explore that considering he can’t match it with the stronger key backs at this stage but he still is a high level talent. He is only 20.

G'day mate, if you want to use current day Treloar as your basis for a statement of his defensive running the last 5 years that's up to you. Have a good week you miserable campaigner. 👍
I think you'll find it was some of you over hyping current day Treloar based on past Treloar. No need for the salty attitude and name calling lol could just admit you were wrong

Some of the takes regarding Jamarra being a worse player than Croft aren't looking great either. Thoughts on their games this weekend? One is running around in the VFL like a temu Jarrad Grant while the other is kicking goals in one of the better AFL teams

I don’t think anyone thinks JUH is a worse player than Croft. They’re different players. Would be great to have both but unfortunately that’s not how things worked out.

With our ideal tall forward mix (Naughton + Darcy) I think Croft will have more value for us in the future as a third tall / ruck with his versatility & running capacity once his body is developed.
