Also coming to NetflixMight be worth teams practicing the Ben Long slap to the face for situations like Tauru's on ther weekend, since it's obviously not worth a week.

Hopefully he gets a club imposed suspension for 8 weeksThe right outcome. 2 weeks is nothing compared to the learnings he'll take out of this
And yet it seemed that the Sandy boys were the antagonists for mine.We are a team of bad boys in the VFL this week.
Uploaded if anyone else is interestedOfc there is no replay for this match on the site. Classic
Were you at the game yesterday ?This thread will be Netflix' next hit show
I'm thinking Fincher can accumulate more of the ball than Carroll but Fincher has mainly played in the midfield in the Vfl, so cant really assess that yet.Fincher is a really neat player but he's a lot like Carroll. Doesn't really do anything special but plays to a good even standard. I doubt he pushes Carroll out. he's been pretty good lately.
If Wood is injured which he looked pretty sore, I think Banfield could get a run. Barratt is probably the one that could debut after a good game the same week as Wilkie went down.

But that's not excusing our boys in that they need to deal with those situations better.
And to learn that its not only them but the club/team suffers the consequences as well.
As they say, you can take the boy out of Gippsland, but you can't take Gippsland out of the boy. For a 19 year old, he's bloody impressive, has superstar written all over him, although the butterfly tattoo is a little soft lol.Meantime Harry Dean shoves our player into a fence, and gets nothing.Proof once again that the AFL tribunal system is royally f*****.
Butters gets off completely yet Tauru gets a week downgraded to a fine if he's a good boy and accepts the inconsistent crap thrown up by the AFL.
Yeah, that could've ended up much worse, so easily.Meantime Harry Dean shoves our player into a fence, and gets nothing.
I've got no issue with the Tauru verdict but listening to that fwit Christian justify his decisions on Pickett and Butters is comedy gold.Proof once again that the AFL tribunal system is royally f*****.

Was in the rooms after the match, Roo (Tauru) had a few choice words to say about why he hit the blokeAs they say, you can take the boy out of Gippsland, but you can't take Gippsland out of the boy.
