Hes probably the 2nd best on that list to Ratts which is super depressing . Although I think he had the best list of the lot of them. Bolts had by far the worst list so hard to judge him.

He is easily better than Ratten. Bolts had nothing to work with.

Just something different, my dad passed away on Friday morning. But id just like to thank Voss for providing one the best moments we ever shared together. Although we didn't go all the way in 2023 the semi final was just incredible and ill cherish that forever.

Not sure inspiring is what you look for in an interim coach decision.

You're generally limited to your current coaches. Their remit is not about wins, but rather testing fringe and young players so the club and incoming coach have all the data they need for next year.

Fraser will come in, bring a simple game structure and trust the kids. They will respond. Rest of year could be exciting

I just look forward to more selection integrity, full stop. Voss may have dropped Wilson, Fraser may not for instance.

I turned anti Voss at the end, but I wish him well into the future and glad he left on his terms. He did his best, so I respect that.

The 2023 finals run will rank up there with the 1999 prelim for best Carlton moments I've witnessed, just below 1995.

I feel for Vossy. A legend of the game. He brought so many people here joy with the 2023 finals run. I wont forget the winning streak and the 2 final games where I watched on TV and yelled and screamed and couldn't fall asleep until 2am. And the Brisbane prelim where I lost my voice before 1/4 time. He didn't deserve the shit we put on him and was always classy. In saying that, lets pick a coach that will get us to 17. And also a board.

The only possible way I'd consider a first time coach is if they find someone that exudes leadership. We're so bereft of that quality at the minute, it needs to start from the senior coach. Are there any first timers that have that? Not sure.

If they do go for a first time coach, we'd desperately need a former head coach on the panel, full time, somewhere at the club. If it's good enough for a bunch of other clubs, it's good enough for us.

I expect us to win the flag next year now. The way some people treated Michael Voss, I expect every single person who attacked him to treat the new coach the same and go for premiership or bust. There will be no leeway from me; I expect a flag.
