I would have some faith in Parkin but that's about it really. Love Diesel but he's taking a salary from the club which compromises his position as a director.

Good luck to GW. He'll need it. I know if his view differs from the board they will make sure they outnumber him on the panel so that they can overrule him.

Club will say that Voss and Austin have stood aside, but I’d suggest Wright has given them the hint and allowed them to go out gracefully.

I’m disappointed that he has forced all of this in round 10 of a long season when the writing was clearly on the wall at the end of last. List in a poor position and coach a dead man walking.

We have wasted a pre-season, wasted 9 weeks, the rest of the year will be wasted under an interim coach coaching for his own future and not the clubs. If rumours are true we chose Voss over Charlie. Austin has dished out some huge and arguably questionable contracts.

I’m confident Wright will find the right replacements but everyone saw this coming and we sat on our hands and waited until the most awkward moment in a terrible year to do it.

It's clear big changes were required. However I'm not excited by the fact we are currently without a list manager and National Recruiting manager when we have one of our most critical post seasons ahead of us. Clearly GW didn't want either of them part of that process but Agresta was months ago and to my knowledge still hasn't been replaced.
I hope the appointment of a new List manager is well advanced. Can't be without one for very long.
I know those roles are very much GW's bread and butter but he's got enough on his plate replacing the revenue in lost memberships and I presume also with sponsorship as we sail down the ladder.
Is he a man who wants too much control?
I hope a plan is well advanced.

If he is out of his depth as CEO, then it would be on the non-football part of the role, and none of us would have any idea in the slightest about that.

Morning after and I am very happy with what’s happening

After 30 years of crap something needed to change and drastically. It was the only way

Wright has done this. Development, Medical, Recruitment, List have all been shaken up and resources added. Real quality people have been added and involvement is already happening

I expect the same for Coach & LM

This is like Whateley yesterday. Not actually looking at what's happening and taking a broad overview. This is NOT the old Carlton

Look at Wright, what he has done and he had done already. There is a clear plan and history of making things work. We are financially strong for the first time on 3 decades.

He has actually done a lot of the work to the football dept. It is now Coach & LM to do and at end of the year we will do more to list

I see genuine evidence that we are making good things happen and are improving

IMO this is NOT the case here. There is too much evidence to the contrary
