I love just raw sliced tomato on toast and on crackers so that's why I like the oxhearts.I do find the Roma tomatoes better for cooking with, but not so much in a sandwich or burger.
Cherry tomatoes I will only have in a salad, which I rarely have.
Truss tomatoes I don't have much experience with, I find the Grosse Lisse just generally better.
At the end of the day it all is based on what is available and what you can grow yourself.
