Current we have:
36: Gaff
35: Naitanui
15: Kennedy
Top 10 to yet be revealed, you'd think only Priddis left?
I'm interested to get people thoughts and opinions on Matt Priddis 2014 Brownlow win 12 months on. Priddis taking home Charlie produced a large amount of discussion, some positive on the win and some not so.
His 2015 season has been statically better. Has anyone's opinion changed?
I, more often then not, will listen to the footy whilst at a live game via my S4. However, due to broadcasting rights etc need to use the AFL app and select the station I want to listen to.
The problem with this is that the delay is too great. It might only be a couple of seconds but its no...
So its Brownlow 2012 tonight. Who will be our top poller? I've been interested to see that in the majority of the "Best Player" awards from the various media outlets, in Victoria at least, no single Eagle ranked that high. Most times not even in the top 10 or 20. I actually expect Kerr to poll...
With Ebert leaving number 5 is up for grabs. One would think an obvious upgrade would go to Darling but #27 speaks for itself. Smith maybe? Schofield seems to have made 31 his. Hill perhaps? Shuey?
From BT...
Gaff was apparently seen talking to Bomber officials (Hayden Skipworth) at a Perth hotel this morning. Skipworth also works for Paul Connors (AFL Player Manager).
Not sure how much there is to it.
So what's everyone's expectation for Nick this weekend?
I have noticed a few posters on the main board stating that he has played his best game for the season.
What would be an acceptable return?
I thought we were pretty crap in the kicking deparment but to be 16th last year...
"The recruiting mantra is a key weapon in Hardwick's plan to dramatically improve the Tigers' field kicking, after averaging 65 per cent efficiency last season, ranked 15th in the AFL (above West Coast)."
taken...
Would like you know your thoughts on which line (Forward, Middle including Rucks, or Back) will hold the team up this season.
Forward line
Kennedy should take another step. LeCras 09 season was AA quality. With Lynch spending more time down there, McKinnely hopefully becoming a little more...
Just curious on which WAFL club is seen as the largest? The one with the most members or supporters. Also the one that is the most financially sound. These maybe indeed be 3 different clubs.
Cheers.
Great to have him back in the team. Not 100% but his presence was felt. FF looks a good fit if he can get his kicking boots on.
Not sure about the Grug style hair cut though.
There was talk, whispers that we were looking at deploying a giant midfield this season. Lynch, Staker, Cox and Seaby... well maybe not Seaby... but I didn't see anything of it on the weekend.
Do we still expect it to happen at some point during the season?

Interesting article in the age. Proposing that after 7 years of service to one club a player should be able to move to the club of his choice without a trade providing he is not under contract.
I...
I've been reading the thread on our best FF for 2009 with great interest. With the various options that everyone has put up it got me to thinking about our back half.
Options:
Tall: Glass, Wilkes, Spangher, Lynch, Brown, Mackenzie, Schofield
Med-Tall: Embley, Hunter, Jones, Houlihan
Small...
Word is he wants to return to WA. There is a thread on the Draft and Trades forum.
Do we want him? What would he be worth? According to some port supporters he signed up for 2 years mid-season.
I'm a bit unsure about him but to be honest its mainly due to his last name.
Any thoughts? Maybe...
Putting your allegiance to one side... only briefly. :)
Who would you like to take out the flag this year.
For me its either the doggies or the saints. Long time between flags for both of them and would be great to see either jono or harv's taste the ultimate success. Saints probably don't...
OK, the 1st half of the season is done and something we don’t need to dwell on. Now for the 2nd half.
What do u think needs to happen for us to be able to rate the 2nd half as a success?
For me its all of these;
Not winning the spoon.
Minimum or 5 more games for Butler, Ebert, Kennedy, Davis...
Doesn't take a genius to state that our midfield is our problem. Particularly the lack of defensive pressure on the ball carrier and poor delivery into the fwd 50. Our backline is getting smashed because the ball coming in is not under much pressure and the forwards are competing for balls that...
With five strings putting his BEST OF jumper numbers out there... it got me thinking again to the system Richmond has in place for its Captain. You all probably know but, due to the legacy of Captain Blood - Jack Dyer. All tiger captains wear the #17.
I think it would be a fitting tribute to...
Saying that Kerr is on his way at the end of the season, based it on comments from nisbett yesterday;
"If we were going to trade him, it would have to be Daniel's decision to put his hand up. It wouldn't be our decision.''
I know it means nothing but why would he make that statement...
Looking forward to seeing the boys play this weekend particular Kerr. I hope he doesnt get tagged and is allowed to run head to head with someone. Might be just the tonic he needs to move ahead after getting scragged each week.
If we dont stand up in the 2nd half then things are worse than anyone thought. We are have injuries. We are young. But that doesnt mean you play like we have. I give carlton credit, they have come here to play and they are doing so. The 2nd half will show who wants to play for this club!
The...
Love Woosha. IMO doing a great job, players love playing for him and he seems to be very good at developing young guys and getting the best out of his older less skilled players. But sometimes on match day hes probably not the best at making tactical moves. Now he isnt the only coach like this...
The start to the season has been poor to stay the least but its hard to really make up your own mind on what needs improvement until you can see the boys play live. Being able to see a full oval, who breaks when, who doesnt or does man up, who chases and who just cruises and what plays we have...
OK im not having a go here, just want some info. I only played up until under 17’s so im no master on game plans.
How is it possible that teams like Syd and the 90's kanga's can have such an open forward line? Is it because the opposition coaches are playing man-on-man and syd/90's kanga's...
Was reading that Age articule on David the other day and he said he would like to play on for 3 or 4 more years. However i have heard talk that this might be he last year, not because of outside interests but because he has lost a few meters and the issues he has had with his feet/shins etc and...
