Been thinking a little recently about how the ICC could set 3 major international tournaments for the 3 forms of the game. Obviously this plan would have to go past the ICC and more importantly the BCCI (which would try to suck every cent out of these tournaments.)

Since the rushed behind was introduced we have rarely seen players penalised for running or handballing or kicking the ball across the goal line. Obviously this is because umpires don't want to change the course of the game by ultimately gifting one team a goal.
