Define 'key' backman. Is Glass not a key fullback because he controls the last line of defence and makes the key contests every time, regardless of who he matches up on directly.
If footy was international and the all-australian team had practical signficance, like the Wallabies squad selection for example. I'd go with Glass at full back, he's done enough this year to show he's the best full back in the country.
