    Coffee

I was only joking buddy. I know a decent coffee machine is a luxury item. I was lucky enough to land a Nespresso machine because of a mate who works for them...and he was able to get me one at a big discount. I wouldn't have bought it at full freight and just enjoyed the fare at a local cafe...

    Coffee

Great coffee is not a luxury my friend. It is a basic human right.

    Coffee

I bought a couple of nice 110ml ceramic cups, one shot with about 60ml of milk is fantastic. Obviously can be doubled easily enough for a bigger cup. Coles sells Hunt & Brew plain milk (4.2% fat). It foams better than any cold milk I have ever used in the Nespresso milk jug.

I got some Kona capsules for my Nespresso machine as a gift. Oh my good lord, they are fabulous.

One month in the USA...how much $$$$ will I need?

I promised to add a few days in the Caymans to the end of the trip in exchange for being allowed a couple of days at the poker table. She will take herself off to a day spa or lounge by the pool anyway. As to your other point.....I am genuinely hurt. You are never too old for Disneyworld...

One month in the USA...how much $$$$ will I need?

Thanks for the great overview. To ask/address some questions: 1) we won't be hiring a car as I am not sure how I would go under their road laws. 2) we have the Disneyworld tickets covered off with our accommodations at WDW. 3) we will probably go with a standard continental breakfast most...

One month in the USA...how much $$$$ will I need?

As an overview we are accommodated in the following manner: LA (Beverly Hills), San Francisco, Toronto 3 1/2 star hotels which if booked early are priced at...

    Good tapas bars in Barcelona?

Anybody been to Barca recently? If so, I am looking for some direction as to where to find good tapas over there. I understand that I am best looking for places that are away from La Ramblas. All advice appreciated.

    People who bignote themselves…..

I've got a mate that constantly talks about who he knows, the value of his home and his allegedly high IQ. He's a ripping bloke and we all have our faults but this really annoys me.

How much spending money will I need in Paris/Spain?

Guys I'm shooting over to France next month and spending 6 days in Paris. Then I am flying to Barcelona for 4 days there. All flights and accommodation are paid for but I am unsure as to how much spending money I need for the ten days. Base your advice on the following: 1) two people - I am...

    New York...advice needed.

Guys I am going (with partner) to New York for 10 days in October. I am hoping to stay in Manhattan somewhere but am struggling to find reasonable accommodation under about $350-400 per night. I know that NY is an expensive city but am hoping that somebody that has been there has some advice...
